my application is in VC++ and uses CDO 1.21 to create and send messages. 
It is developed on nt 4.0 and runs fine here but when the application was 
transfered to windows 2000 service pack 2.0 and under SOE environment, it 
first ask for MSMAPI32.dll which i duly supplied but then it is giving me 
the following error:

 Code = 800406f7
 Code meaning = IDispatch error #1271
 Source = Collaboration Data Objects
 Description = An unexpected error has occurred.
MAPI was unable to load the information service EMSMDB.DLL. Be sure the 
service is correctly installed and configured. [MAPI 1.0 - 
[MAPI_E_NOT_FOUND(8004010F)]

and there is a problem on NT4.0 i.e applications send mail as long as 
outlook is open and when the outlook is closed it gives the following 
error:

no transport service provider available.

Please somebody help me out.. i am in a fix..
