	OK, after compiling a component, I can't seem to rename it, overwrite it

with a new version or even delete it.

		It's telling me sharing violation or file may be in use. Nothings 

running

that would be using it. Permissions

		on it are set to Everyone. How can I rename,overwrite, and delete a

component?
