Have you considered Software Artisan's SAFileUP component which allows you
to upload files (text, graphics, etc.) to your server? It's only $129.00 and
is what I am planning to use for this kind of functionality.

There is a .dll that will upload files from the client to the server
included with the Microsoft Internet Connection Wizard, they should be
somewhere in you inetpub folder if you have it installed. There's even
some sample asp pages that show you how it works.
