asp_components thread: Book on building VB components

Message #1 by Marco.vanSchaijk@e... on Fri, 8 Sep 2000 11:03:30 +0100
Hello,

I am using ASP for a while now, and want to move up and start using VB

components.

But I am rather new to VB programming and am looking for a good book to

learn VB programming for components. (Server side VB programming)

Are there any good books on this specific topic?

Are there also any good books on how to organise the functionality in your

components?

Regards,

Marco van Schaijk

O'Reilly publishes a book called 'Developing Asp Components' that is not a

bad place to start.

A very good book is Developing COM/ActiveX Components

with Visual Basic 6 by Dan Appleman

Beginning Components by WROX.
