asp_components thread: MTS & Windows2000

i am a newbie to MTS,i am using windows2000.i have created a dll in vb.
but the thing is that i just dont know how to implement it.
also i am not able to locate MTS in windows 2000.is it installed at the
time of windows2000 installation is yes where is it located.

There is no 'MTS' in Windows 2000. It has been replaced by COM+. If
you
look under Programs|Administrative Tools|Component Services you will
find
the Component Services Manager. You then create a new COM+ Application
(similar to an MTS Package) and everything else should seem familiar.
