Chapter 6 of the Book "Beginning Components with ASP" talks about a 

component called BegAsp.Sleeper. I have used regsvr32 on my Windows 2000 

machine to register this component. But when i access the page over http. 

I get the error Permission denied: 'CreateObject'.

Help would be appreciated
