Does anyone use the Adobe FDF toolkit to create dynamic PDF files?  If so,

would you be willing to send me an example section of code.  I currently

create the FDF file, however I am a stuck on how to merge the FDF file with

the PDF file.  Any help that someone could provide would be appreciated.
