asp_components thread: ASP Library Error

These ASP pages run fine on my website, but wont run on my PC under PWS. I
get an error message
error '8002801d'
Library not registered.
/iisHelp/common/500-100.asp, line 10
What library is not registered on my machine. These ASP pages ran fine
until I upgraded to 2000 Professional from ME and IE5.5 to IE6.0

Depends what is on line ten.
The message means that a dll is not properly registered.
You can try to uninstall and reinstall the webserver.
