if u r using win98 u need the personal web server its avalabail at win 98 cd on the 

folder add-in ,if u have win 2000 u need the IIS u can add it from the control panel 

from add/remove programmes on the windows update section choos the iis,also u need 

an editor for asp u can use front page 2000,homesite ,notpad
