Finally, I shutdown APACHE/iASP, startup WWW publishing Service
and copy sailors.mdb/ASP files to c:\inetpub\wwwroot, Now DSNless
connections work,

The configuration of APACHE in my machine may not be correct (
Do you have any suggestion?)
