asp_database_setup thread: Connection Failed when link the table from SQL to access

Hi,
When I try to link the table form SQL to access I got the following
message:
Connection failed:
SQL State: '01000'
SQL Server Error : 10060
[Microsof][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]ConnectionOpen
[PreLoginHandShake[]].
Connection failed:
SQL State: '08001'
SQL Server Error:11
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]General network error. Check
your network documentation
