Hi,
I have a asp designed web page. I did not do the asp coding, but I have a light understanding of it. In this page of mine, I have
check box that is there for people to click. However, when they come on the page, it is empty, and most people do not see it and
when they try submitting it just loops and loops until it is checked. Most people give up and leave my site. 
Here is my question:  I would like to change the initial state of the check box to "checked" instead of "unchecked"? 
Any kind of input would be very much appreciated!
