I just set up my first ASP testing website using Win98 and PWS. Everything works fine and I 
can view .asp pages in Navigator and Internet Exploder without a problem when I am dialed in 
to my ISP (online). However when I am offline only Navigator lets me view and test pages. 
Explorer just keeps trying to connect and asking me if I want to work offline or connect. No 
matter what I answer I never get the page. I am using IE 5.0. What am I doing wrong? Is it 
something I can fix in IE setup?
