I'd let it through for you kind folks to look at.

Dear Wrox,
I'm a student and working on my graduate project,and I'm using ASP,MS
Access and Javascript.
But I don't know how to access my Database.
My database named Partners, and it contains some tables, like
Books,Customers...etc..
The problem facing me,how to retrive data and show it on a web page,
and how to store data,so I don't know exactly the Code with which
I can access my database, specially to connect my pages with the
Database using Javascript.
Note:I'm using Personal Web Server(PWS) to execute ASP files.
Please take care and try to send the answers with an applicable examples.
Thanx

Why don't you just download the source code to all the asp-datbase books
from the
wrox website and borrow the code from there. They have plenty of usefull
code examples.
It's just a few lines of code anyway. I could go and cut/paste it into this
e-mail for
you but i don't see the point. It's all right there in the downloads and
it's so
simple you could just copy the code, change a few variables and it will
work, you don't
even realy need to uderstand what it all does. (though it's probably a good
idea to
learn). You could also go and download macromedia's drumbeat trail and make
the
database connection in a WYSIWYG environment. That way you'll never even
have to see
the code. The computer business is a perfect place for people who'd rather
let
someone (or something) else do the work for them.
personally I prefer notepad and big books and refferences but I guess that a
pesonal choice.
Good luck with your graduate project.

Did you at least buy any of the books that Wrox offers. I found most
examples in there quite helpful. I do ask for help and examples, but I at
least try the ones provided first. It would really help you understand them
if you read it through and typed the pages yourself
