Is there a way to create dynamic pie charts or bar graphs on the web
page using Access or SQL databases as the data source.

Sure, you can make barchart with asp in which you differ the width, or you
can purchase a third party tool which dynamicly creates images or an activex
control.
For a demo for the bar chart using asp look at the samples at www.asp101.com
and for an activex/images creator tool look at www.softwarefx.com
