Can a field hold more than one item for a criteria? If I have a field 

called "fruit" and each record has a number of options in that one field 

(separated maybe by a comma or a colon?)



eg: A,P,G,V



Can I make a query recognise just a single letter in that field?



Is this a possibility or am I away with the birdies? Your thoughts and 

possible answers are greatly appreciated.



I'm using asp and access2000.
