I've just completed getting an ASP app to work on SQLServer 7 with NT. The

boss has just wandered in and said that it would be a good idea to have an

Oracle version of the system as well.



As near as I can work out I need something called Oracle 8 Personal

Edition to test with. I take it this is like the Desktop edition of

SQLServer.



Could Anybody tell me if this is correct and where I can get hold of it?

Yes go to developers download section at www.oracle.com 

If you aren't a member yet, sign up for a free membership. 

You can download the personal edition there (>400MB though!).
