hi...using access 2000, i create an adp file as i m using msde...

the problem is that after creating the adp file..i cant add any data as 

it says that i need to link to a mdf file then onli i can add data...the 

problem is i dunno how to create mdf file ....so can u tell me how to 

create a mdf file so that my adp can link to it?
