scenario

i have a comma separated file (CSV) and want to extract data from that 

file and insert it into my table. plz let me know of how do i start about 

it. what shall i do , i have no idea. do i have to make use of FSO(file 

system object) if yes then can anyone send me a sample code. my csv is 

comma delimited.
