asp_databases thread: Multiple Select in one form

hi all,
have anyone every done this before?
I have a form that is grabbing all the data from different tables, with ID
as reference, using a select statement.
I am able to show it out on the form with the multiple table but the
submitting part is giving me problem. i am not able to submit it at all.
can some one help pls.
