asp_databases thread: Uploading Images & storing them on web server.

Dear Friends,
I want to upload images using a form in
asp.
the image will beselected by browsing my local machine or
any site on the server to which i have access rights and,
on submit, the image should be stored on a specified
physical path on the web server
( eg: "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\images\p1.gif").
i need the code to acheive the above result.
