asp_databases thread: IIS

Hi there,
I am using windows NT.Can any one tell me how to give
name to my website.right now I made a virtual
directory and in that directory I placed a file called
default.htm
so whenever I want to visit to the site I have to give
the URL:
http://ip address/name of the folder
but I want to give the name of my website as
arshad.com
so that to visit the site I have to give the URL as
http://www.arshad.com

have take some static ip address and register the Domain Name ARSHAD.COM w

You need to register the domain name arshad.com and have the A record to
resolve www.arshad.com to your IP address added to your DNS server. The
problem here is actually getting the domain name "arshad.com". The domain
"arshad.com" is reserved until September of 2002.
