asp_databases thread: DLL

If you create your own DLL does it still have to be placed in system
files?

Every time I run my ASP page this error is coming:
Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error
'80040e31'
[Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Timeout expired
/1024x768/stockreport.asp, line 61
Can anyone tell me how to increase the timeout.though
I have used <%server.ScriptTimeOut=1000%>
But still same error is coming.
Please help

Yes. If u have windows 2000 server as ur OS u need to
install it in the COM+ services.
