first,please forgeting my english.

  os¡Gwin2000 server for Traditional version
  db¡Gaccess2000 for Traditional version

I get a access2000 mdb file from mainland china,it's simplified (Chinese) 
version.

while i use access2000(Traditional version) to look at the record,
it's ok(i can see the simplified/Traditional (Chinese)).But if i use
asp to get the data from db,i can't see the right charset on ie.
 ex:
    i can see the Traditional charset on ie,but i can't see the simplified.
    if i change the charset for gb2312,i also can't see the right charset.

what's the problem,and have any solution??? if i don't
use win2000 server for simplified version.
