asp_databases thread: Error in DTS package

I get this error while using DTS to export/import data from one server to other. Please let me know what I should do to get it
successful. Should I change some entries in the registry to solve this.
The license for the installation of Microsoft SQL server on your source or destination connections does not permit the use of DTS to
transform data. refer your license agreement for more information.
