asp_databases thread: putting banner!!

Hi,
Is it possible to put a banner on my site so that it
is visible for the people of a particular country for
example U.K.
To elaborate I want to put a banner so that only the
person from U.K accessing the site could see that
banner rest of the persons accesssing the site from
other countries should not see the banner.
Is it possible if yes then please tell me how to do
it.

You can take a look at several things to give you a suggestion of which
country the user is in for example :
1. The users IP Address
2. The language setting of their browser
