Hi all!
Please could any of you provide advice on the following situation I find
myself in.
Basically, I'm half way through "Beginning ASP 3.0" by Wrox. However, with
ASP.NET (esp. with VB.NET) out now what do you recommend me taking after
I've finished "Beginning ASP 3.0". Should I move onto Professional ASP
3.0? Beginning ASP.NET with VB.NET or Professional ASP.net with VB.net
Thanks for any help offered.
Regards,
- Matt

Get all the asp 3.0 books and the asp.net etc. they are all valid
in their own right. The main thing is that asp gives you a more artistic
approach to programming and asp.net tries to take this away by doing
things for you.Try to use all types of asp but asp.net on your own iis
server is best as i have not found any hosting companies ready to move to
asp.net.
cheers
Laurence
