I'm currently in the process of developing a website but am worried about 

the pages looking right on different systems/browsers/versions. Does 

anyone know where I can find out what fonts are installed as standard 

across different systems (e.g. Win95/98/me/2000/xp, mac, linus etc) and 

browsers (plus versions e.g. IE4, IE5, Netscape 4+ etc assuming browser 

installation adds more fonts). I can cover most of these systems myself 

but the problem is that as so many applications have been installed its 

difficult to figure out which ones are the standard ones and the variants 

of system/browser/versions doesn't make this easy.



Being used to an intranet environment this wasn't usually a problem! Any 

suggestions are much appreciated.
