There are a lot of documents that only skim the surface of using the 
MSChart Control.  However I need an indepth write up on it.  In 
particular, I would like to be able to change the size of a bar (on a Bar 
Chart) by merely dragging its end, up, or down,(i.e., by dragging, not 
Double Clicking)
