How can you trace emails.  I keep getting spammed and

I want to trace it back.  How do I do this?  What are

the technical techiques they use?

hi



the only thing i can think of right now is to open outlook (/express) (if

you use that), go to the message, right click, properties, details,

message source. there you see "Received : xxxxx" and  xxxxx stands for the

server that sent you that email.



you have to see if you can set your mail address that it doesn't accept

mails from that server. but if they change the server... it doesn't help

then...
