Can anyone recommend a UK provider who will host ASP with an
Access database.

check out http://www.brinkster.com they are in the US, but give the
best free coverage I've found.

here's a big searchable database of webhost all over the world - lots of
them are in uk.
http://www.hostindex.com/ . Click on "Web Host Search" once your there.
Notice the "more options" buttons.
