asp_web_howto thread: Access Database Problem

dear friends,
i had a Access Database on my actuall Server and i had one same copy of that
access database on my own PC(Which is connected to internet). now i want
some automation that records are automatically transferred from main server
access database to my PC access database after some interval of time.
can anybody help me.
it is urgent
