How do you replace the IE icon in the URL with a icon of your own?

You will have to create a favicon.  To do this, go to

http://www.favicon.com.  Once it is created, simply place it within the

webroot.  The site has fairly detailed instructions.  Keep in mind that 

this

does not work with all browsers.
