asp_web_howto thread: For HELP: ASP 0239 (0x80004005)

I got this error message when access the website.
Error Type:
Active Server Pages, ASP 0239 (0x80004005)
UNICODE ASP files are not supported.
What problem could be considered?

properly your webserver doesn't support asp ?

Unicode ASP files are not supported. Unless there is any reason why
your
ASP files need to be Unicode, which there shouldn't be, just open them
up in
any text editor that supports unicode and save them as normal text
files.
