asp_web_howto thread: div tags

I'm having a problem with div tags.  If you look at this page

http://www.edohio.org/ed/pubs.asp and move your mouse over the DATA tab, you

will notice that part of the menu is covered by the below selection box.  Is

there a way to correct this?

Try changing your z-index to be greater that that form element.

Thanks, but it doesn't matter what I set the z-index to.

Would it work if your form was in Div tags?

I tried putting a div tag or z-index in for the form, table, select, page,

and elements all with no luck.
