Hi all my fellow webmen,
How in the H E doublehockeysticks to I (using javascript) capture if num
lock is on???

I've never heard of a way to do this. You have to remember that, by design,
JavaScript has very limited functionality when it comes to system
information. This is the trade-off for having a scripting language that
allows anonymous coders to execute code on an anonymous users system.
Sometimes this frustrates us, but when I consider the alternative...
