I would like to be able to send a prefilled fax form (word document or pdf

if I have to) via email upon user request within my application.  On the

server side, how can I transfer data, such as data stored in a series of

variables to a document template on the server?  I'm not sure if this is

possible.  Any pointers would be appreciated.
