    I know this is not for the forum, but I want to format my hard disk 

(40 gig) but I can't winnt cd can only format upto 3 gig.  Do I need to 

do anything so that it can format 40 gig hdd.  How can I format my hard 

disk to get ready for my winnt installation?

During the installation you can format it up to 4G as far as I remember.

so rest of it you`ll have to format after WINNT installation.

Win2000 its different story. You can format as big as you want during the

installation.

        I've tried to format my other PC using win2000 but it seems the 

wizard didn't come up with the format option :( and I have no choice but 

to just upgrade my existing OS.
