I want to insert a database value in a Word or RTF document.  (I know how 

to do this in HTML, but haven't found a way in Word or RTF.)  The program 

would pull values from a database and insert these in a newly created 

document.  It is not necessary for the program to save the document as a 

file, as the user will separately save the document after its creation.  

Can anyone provide general help or point in the right direction on this?
