asp_web_howto thread: Non USA hosting provider...?

Hi all,
Does anyone know of a reliable web hosting provider that is NOT in the USA
that is windows-based, with ASP, and allows SQL Server accounts?
My client is not in the USA (and I am) and she would like a hosting provider
outside of the US. Which leaves me at a loss.
