This is my first time to write  web site documentation. Does anyone can
help to provide me some idea or link?

What is the most common practice to draw the web site flowchart? Do we need
to go to deep detail like file name, decision block inside a web page,
client side response etc.

Is MS Visio the right choice to start with?
