asp_web_howto thread: anchors

Hi, I was just wondering what problems are caused by placing an anchor
inside a layer and if there's a way to get around these problems without
removing the anchor from the layer as it seems unavoidable in my
situation.

Use a javascript function called from a onclick event to do the href.
