asp_web_howto thread: How to tell when printing is finished

Message #1 by "Pat Waddington" <paw@s...> on Wed, 25 Sep 2002 10:48:04 +0100
I have a page that uses a JS Confirm message to allow the user to decide
whether or not to print the page, followed by another message that asks the
user whether or not he wishes to enter another set of information of the
same type. There is a lag between the user being asked whether to print the
page and asking to enter more data, and the appearance of the printer box.
This seems to be causing some problems if the user responds to the messages
before the printer box has been displayed and responded to.

Is there any way to tell whether the printer box has been responded to and
the page printed, before displaying the message about entering more data?

Thank you.
