Hi
Long shot I know, but does anyone have a copy of this Access db. It
originally came on the NT Option Pack disk.
If so, could you email me it.

Hi Joe,
I don't have this file, but NT Option Pack 4 is still available for
download from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/ntserver/nts/downloads/recommended/NT4OptPk/defaul
t.asp
its split into multiple cabs, so if you know which cab it was on you can
just download that one...
