A bit off topic, but I thought someone out there would
have some info....

I work for a bank that has an automated phone line to
check account balances.

We need a service that can check a phone system.  It
will need to dial a number, wait for a response and
maybe even push a few buttons to check the balance on
a dummy account.

This might be a situation suited for a company that
has people sitting by a phone, manually calling the
number.  But I wasn't sure if anyone heard of software
that could also do it.  Either way, I need a solution.

I think IP sentry may be able to do it. I know it can dial a number but
after that I'm not sure. I use it to check all my services and my
connection on my server at home, and I know a few ISP's I've worked for
use it as well.
