I guess you're not a programmer.
I also guess you want to go to ASP.NET, not ASP (as stated in one part
of the message).
You will need a programmer / programming team with the necessary range
of skills. (PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET (at least one of the .NET languages
both VB and C# would be better) and SQL Server (your chosen version)
ALTERNATIVELY a programmer who is sufficiently smart to pick of the
PHP/MySQL and knows ASP.NET/SQL-Server.)
This mailing list covers the contents of a specific book not the
conversion you are looking for. (Although the book gives you a great
framework.)
ASP.NET is new (and extremely powerful), you will not find anyone with
long experience (using the release version), so you probably need a
person/team who can grow with the project.
A web search might be useful. Also look at general PHP and ASP.NET
newsgroups where you might pick up useful leads. Eventually it will
hinge on management skills. It might be a good idea to find people who
want a share of the company (to get the commitment).
