I'm having an issue with the last event getting triggered when the refresh 
button is clicked or F5 is pressed. I have a couple different pages on 
that uploads files and the other deletes files.  If you hit the refresh 
button after uploading or deleting a file than a file is added or deleted 
for each refresh.  This seems like it would be a bad thing, all the code I 
have seen online does not take this into consideration?  Am I doing 
something wrong?
