Help need reg the following problem



I had a webserver Server1 and some standalone system connected to that of

any platform



So the file download code which works only if the file is

located in the server since server.mappath searches only in the local 

server



so wht shall i want to do..

if the file is located in any of the system connected my webserver if know 

the path of tht file

can any one help me
