We have an ASP page that is generating data using the  

Response.ContentType="application/vnd.ms-excel".  We would like to freeze 

a pane in that Excel page automatically when it is generated.  I would 

appreciate any help anyone can give me on how to accomplish this task.

You might have to program Excel your self to achieve that.
