To All,
I have image data on a different server than the webserver...Are virtual
directories the best/only way...???...
When I use the actual path...\\ServerName\Dir1\Dir1\Etc...I find the image
when on the network...When outside the network...No images...
Could someone explain best way...???...

It seems that for acceptable performance, you'd want to make sure the
images were on the LAN (and use UNC names). Is that not possible in this
case?

Not sure what you mean...The servers are on the same lan...
Explain please...I'm pretty much a neophite on this issue...On other webs
I have worked on the images were on the same server...
